1. General provisions
This Policy explains how AsDi Cargo LLC (the “Company”, “we”) collects, uses, stores and protects personal data of customers and visitors of asdicargo.com, the customer account, and when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, Telegram or e-mail.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, including the Law “On Personal Information”.

2. Data we process
- first and last name, phone number, e-mail address;
- Telegram account data (name, username, profile photo) — if you sign in with Telegram;
- sender, recipient and pickup addresses, recipient contact details;
- cargo details: description, weight, volume, number of packages, tracking number, delivery statuses;
- requests, support requests, claims and correspondence with managers;
- documents prepared at your request (invoices, reconciliation statements);
- technical data: IP address, browser and device type, cookies, date and time of visits.
We do not collect or store bank card data.
3. Purposes
- receiving, consolidating, transporting, storing and handing over cargo and parcels;
- cost estimates, booking and fulfilment of shipment requests;
- operating the customer account, parcel tracking and status notifications;
- contacting you by phone, messengers and e-mail;
- handling support requests and claims;
- preparing accounting and shipping documents;
- complying with the law, including customs and tax requirements;
- improving the website and service quality.
4. Legal grounds
We process personal data based on your consent, to conclude and perform the transportation (forwarding) contract, and to fulfil legal obligations.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only to the extent necessary to provide our services:
- with carriers and partners involved in delivery along the route;
- with customs authorities and customs brokers — for cargo clearance;
- with government authorities — where required by law;
- with hosting and communication providers that run the website; with WhatsApp and Telegram — when you contact us through them.
6. Cross-border transfer
As we ship between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation, recipient data and cargo details are transferred to our partners in the Russian Federation to the extent necessary for delivery and handover.
7. Retention
Data is kept while your account is active and for three years after your last shipment; documents are kept for the periods required by law. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
8. Data protection
We apply organisational and technical measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), passwords stored only as hashes, restricted staff access, and backups.
9. Cookies
The website uses necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language, theme and cookie choice. You can restrict or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features may become unavailable.
10. Your rights
You may request information about your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent, and lodge a complaint with the competent authority or a court. To do so, write to info@asdicargo.com or call +996 552 165 165 — we will respond within the time limits set by law.
11. Consent to personal data processing
By registering on the website, placing a request, submitting a contact form or contacting us in any other way, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give AsDi Cargo LLC consent to process my personal data listed in section 2 — collection, recording, systematisation, storage, updating, use, transfer (including cross-border) to transportation partners, anonymisation and deletion — for the purposes listed in section 3.
Consent is valid until the purposes are achieved or until it is withdrawn. You can withdraw consent by writing to info@asdicargo.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. The current version is always published on this page and applies from the moment of publication.
